Whatever your current psychological state or life/work situation, you can arrange to have a discussion with me (free of charge) about your needs. If I am not well-placed to help, I may be able to point you in the right direction.

- I will discuss what your options might consist of and support you in making a choice.
- My expertise lies in a “Cognitive Behavioural” approach (see the section on CBT) with its associated psychological tools and in Life Coaching.
Although, since leaving General Medical Practice, I no longer diagnose and treat physical conditions I may be able to help to support you in finding ways to cope and/or make useful changes to your lifestyle.
